旅游車開到了金頂山腳下停下來了。媽媽告訴我，由于要游覽的地方太多，所以我們必須坐索道上金頂。媽媽順手指給我看上金頂?shù)乃鞯溃乙豢捶屙斶@么高，在云彩上面哩！坐這索道上的去嗎？再看看筆陡的索道，似乎是從天上掛下來的，真叫人發(fā)顫！我和媽媽排隊坐上了索道車廂里，我俯瞰足下，白云迷漫，環(huán)視群峰，云霧繚繞。一個個山頂探出云霧外，似朵朵出水芙蓉。這蒼翠的群山重重疊疊，像波濤起伏的大海一樣，雄偉壯觀。

二十分鐘后我們下了索道，來到我心馳神往的金頂。在金頂上果然有一座金碧輝煌的金殿。聽說金殿建于明朝永樂年間，據(jù)說是仿照故宮的太和殿建造的，規(guī)模不是很大。殿高五米多，寬四米左右，使用純銅鎏金打造的，整座殿身用了十萬千克銅和幾百千克的黃金。金殿內(nèi)最引人注目的就是祖師真武大帝的神像了。早在來武當山之前就聽說祖師爺是非常顯靈的，你只要看看這些爭先恐后頂禮膜拜的游客你就會明白。我也虔誠的拜了祖師爺。

從金頂下來我和媽媽一起去了建造在懸崖峭壁上的南巖。我看見在石殿前突出的峭壁上，雕刻著一座別致的“龍頭香爐”，龍頭正好與遠方天柱峰上的金頂遙遙相對，? ??頭香下面是萬丈深淵的懸崖。所以民間傳說，在這龍頭香爐燒香許愿是很靈驗的。古時曾有多人為在香爐上插香而失足掉下懸崖，清朝曾為此禁止燒龍頭香，并在香爐兩旁裝設了護欄，以保證安全。龍頭香爐的驚險設計，也許就是警誡世人，“凡事不必強求”。

去完南巖我們又去了太子坡和紫霄宮。天漸漸黑了，還下起了蒙蒙細雨。我和媽媽不得不離開了這景色誘人，充滿靈氣的武當仙山。
