發(fā)展云南旅游之我見(jiàn)幾年來(lái)我雖然一直在外地上大學(xué)，對(duì)家鄉(xiāng)云南的想念和關(guān)注卻不曾稍減，對(duì)于云南旅游業(yè)尤其關(guān)注。今夏，趁回昆度假之機(jī)，在省內(nèi)跑了一趟，沉醉于美景的同時(shí)，卻也看到了一些問(wèn)題。這次我走的是大理—麗江—香格里拉精品線路，我們團(tuán)大多是省外游客，整個(gè)行程下來(lái)，他們?cè)趯?duì)云南美景紛紛贊嘆的同時(shí)，對(duì)云南旅游中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題也是直言不諱。通過(guò)一路觀察和與他們交流，歸納起來(lái)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題主要有如下幾個(gè)：第一、云南旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)程度參差不齊，有些地方過(guò)度開(kāi)發(fā)，失去了特有的魅力。最典型的是麗江古城，完全成了旅游商品一條街，商業(yè)味取代了古樸的文化氣息，嘈雜喧嘩淹沒(méi)了雪山古城的寧?kù)o。而其它如滇西北等地開(kāi)發(fā)卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，很多景點(diǎn)過(guò)于粗糙，人為雕琢過(guò)多。第二、旅游景點(diǎn)單一，可玩性差，難以留住旅客。每到一個(gè)景點(diǎn)，旅行社往往把旅客放下車(chē)拍幾張照，又拉上趕路，典型的“到此一游”，旅客只能“看”，不能“玩”。我一路粗略算下來(lái)，旅行的時(shí)間至少有一半是在汽車(chē)上顛簸，疲于奔命，行色匆匆，旅行快感大打折扣。第三、許多景點(diǎn)管理較差，存在不同程度的破壞。香格里拉的碧塔海破壞嚴(yán)重，大理的古城鋪上了柏油路，澄江等湖泊不同程度遭到了污染。第四、宣傳不夠。主要表現(xiàn)在對(duì)整個(gè)云南旅游宣傳投入明顯不足，而且宣傳集中在麗江、香格里拉等熱點(diǎn)景區(qū)，多數(shù)景區(qū)仍默默無(wú)聞，外地旅客對(duì)云南旅游只有一個(gè)不全面、模糊的印象。針對(duì)云南旅游業(yè)的各種問(wèn)題，我認(rèn)為對(duì)策主要有：一、加大投入，并在政策上給予一定的傾斜。二、對(duì)旅游資源進(jìn)行有深度的、可持續(xù)的開(kāi)發(fā)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)云南旅游資源的永續(xù)利用。三、用現(xiàn)代管理方式加強(qiáng)對(duì)云南的各個(gè)旅游品牌進(jìn)行管理。四、利用云南旅游優(yōu)勢(shì)開(kāi)發(fā)云南旅游資源。例如利用與東南亞各國(guó)毗鄰的優(yōu)勢(shì)，合作開(kāi)展跨國(guó)旅游等。五、加大宣傳力度，提高云南旅游知名度。假如能用宣傳皇馬蒞昆的氣勢(shì)和投入，借助國(guó)內(nèi)外各種媒體，宣傳云南旅游，云南旅游必將以清晰、富有魅力的形象走向國(guó)內(nèi)外。云南旅游資源極豐富，“三江并流”申報(bào)世界遺產(chǎn)剛剛成功，云南旅游的前景一片大好。若乘此機(jī)會(huì)把阻礙旅游發(fā)展的問(wèn)題逐一解決，并采取各種措施提高云南旅游的綜合實(shí)力、品牌價(jià)值，云南旅游必將更上一層樓。

Every year there are lots and lots of visitors. Maybe you have heard about Shi Lin (stone forests). There are all kinds of strange stones. Some of the small stones look like graceful girls; and the big stones look like handsome men.

Other stones look like cats, peafowls, double-edged swords, mice, elephants and so on. Of all the stones, the stone like a beautiful girl in a legend is the most famous .Its name is A Shima. I also went to Li Jiang.

The roads in that city are just like the Eight Diagrams. Any road in the city goes to the center of Li Jiang. A river runs through the whole city. If you go along the river, you'll never get lost. There are many ethnic minority people in Yunnan.

They are very cordial. And they all like singing and dancing. We danced with them around the campfire that night. I really had a good time.
