大浪過后，水面平靜，這時的東湖又像一個溫順、聽話的小姑娘。

湖底圓圓的鵝卵石顯現(xiàn)在人的眼前，連在水中的游動的魚兒也看得一清二楚。

湖邊，絢麗多彩的菊花和一些不知名的野花盛開在山丘上，與還未落葉的、碧綠的梧桐樹相映襯，好像給山丘披上一件花衣。

湖水發(fā)怒的時的可怕情景，恐怕早已被這些花草樹木拋到了九霄云外。

湖面上，有幾只漁船在打撈水草，幾位“不速之客”——皮劃艇運(yùn)動員正劃著皮艇，非快前進(jìn)，激起一道水紋，擴(kuò)散出一層層波瀾。
