項(xiàng)目位于新樂市北郊，依托區(qū)域內(nèi)豐富的 伏羲文化資源屬性，定位于以伏羲臺(tái)現(xiàn)狀景區(qū)提升為核心，整合伏羲臺(tái)景區(qū)現(xiàn)有遺址遺跡，從一院多殿的景點(diǎn)旅游轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐徽臼健胺撕退臅r(shí)代”文化旅游區(qū)。
伏羲臺(tái)項(xiàng)目，以伏羲臺(tái)現(xiàn)狀景區(qū)提升為核 心，打造一核一軸四組團(tuán)的發(fā)展模式：
1、伏羲文化城體驗(yàn)核：擴(kuò)充建設(shè)雷公殿、伏羲文化廣場、景羲書院、婚俗體驗(yàn)園、始袓山、等項(xiàng)目廣品。
2、始袓文化溯源軸：提升改造始袓大道，從伏羲大橋起，打造伏羲紀(jì)年軸文化軸。
3、四大組圖：上古文化游樂組團(tuán)、華夏 文化產(chǎn)業(yè)組團(tuán)、中華康養(yǎng)度假組團(tuán)、田園休閑生活組團(tuán)德國四大組圖。
新樂市是石家莊市“十二五”規(guī)劃的空港城市、中等城市、省會(huì)北部次中心城市。境內(nèi)有107國道、新元高速、京港澳高速公路、無繁公路、京廣鐵路，京石客運(yùn)專線、朔黃鐵路，南水北調(diào)明渠在境內(nèi)27.5公里，交通區(qū)位分優(yōu)越，具備獨(dú)特的航空、鐵路公路多式交通條件。
本項(xiàng)目總投資21.4億元。擬引進(jìn)資金21.4億元。
項(xiàng)目建成后，從一院多殿的景點(diǎn)旅游轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐徽臼健胺撕?他的時(shí)代”文化旅游區(qū)，依托新樂伏羲文化資源，構(gòu)建“伏羲+ ” 文化創(chuàng)意、旅游商貿(mào)、研學(xué)教育等多種體驗(yàn)在內(nèi)的文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，通過文化產(chǎn)業(yè)運(yùn)營、公共文化服務(wù)創(chuàng)新、伏羲文化城的構(gòu)建， 打造成為國內(nèi)一流的中華上古文明交流與對話的平臺(tái)。
目前，本項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)方案已通過專家評審會(huì)。

Project Profile
The project is located in the northern suburb of Xinle. Relying on the rich culture resources in Fuxi, it aims to improve the current situation of Fuxi Site Area, integrate the existing sites and ruins, and transform from a scenic spot of "one yard and multi-temples" into a one- stop tourist area with the theme of "Fuxi and his era”.
Construction Content
Fuxi Site Project, taking the promotion of the current situation of Fuxi Site as the core, aims to build a development model of “one core, one axis, and 4 clusters”：
1.Experience core of Fuxi Culture City: To extend the projects including House of Thunder God, Fuxi Culture Square, Jingxi Academy, Marriage Customs Experience Gordon, Ancestor Mount3irL
2.Traceability Axis of Ancestor Culture: To upgrade and reconstruct the Ancestor Avenue to build Fuxi cultural axis starting from the Fuxi Bridge.
3.Four clusters: The ancient culture amusement cluster, the Chinese culture industry cluster, the China recreation and health vacation cluster, and the pastoral leisure cluster.
Investment Highlights
According to the “Twelve-Five” plan of Shijiazhuang, Xinle is built into an Airport City, Medium-sized City, and a second central city to the north of the provincial capital. It has 107 national highway, Xinle- Yuanshi expressway, Beijing-Hong Kong- Macau Expressway, Wufan Road, Beijing- Guangzhou Railway, Beijing-Shijiazhuang passenger special line, and Shuo Huang Railway. In addition, 27.5 kilometers of the South-to-north Water Diversion channel runs through the city. The city not only has superior traffic location, but also has unique transportation conditions in aviation, railway and highway.
Investment Estimation
The total investment is estimated at 2.14 billion yuan. It plans to introduce 2.14 billion yuan.
Benefit Analysis
After the completion of the project, it will be transformed from a scenic spot of "one yard and multi-temples" to a one- stop cultural tourism area themed as “Fuxi and His Era”. Based on the cultural resources of Fuxi, the project will build a cultural tourism industry chain including the “Fuxi+” cultural creativity, tourism and trade, and research and education. Through the cultural industry operation, public cultural service innovation and the construction of Fuxi Cultural City, A domestic first-class platform will be built for the exchange and communication of Chinese ancient civilizations.
